shuru
shuru is a CLI that sets a project up for working with AI coding agents in one command: Claude Code skills and configuration, testing, linting, security scanning, git hooks and a Definition-of-Done quality gate the agent has to pass before it says it is done. It also keeps existing repositories in line with the same governance, and shows what your agents spend and deliver in a local dashboard.
